Website and services

Our website provides information about our AI audits, custom software, automations, and AI employees, and lets you contact us or schedule a call. Information on the website is general information and is not a binding project proposal or a guarantee of results.

Paid services may be covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, timelines, ownership, and other project terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls for those services.

Acceptable use

Use the website and services lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not misuse forms, send spam or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect our systems.

SMS Terms

Program name: Kwantum Tech Customer Care. We text people who called or otherwise contacted us first and agreed to receive texts, to follow up on their inquiry, answer questions, and schedule calls. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Using this website or agreeing to these terms does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out, then stop texting unless you choose to opt in again.

Website content and third-party services

Our website content, branding, and designs belong to Kwantum Tech or their respective owners. You may view them for personal or internal business use. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

Links to third-party websites and tools are provided for convenience. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their availability or content.

No warranties

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or particular business results. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwantum Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or services, even if advised that such damages were possible. A separate written service agreement may set additional liability terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here and updating the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or other notice as required by law. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
